Yes… From our Available eBike Rentals, choose the eBike that you would like to rent. If our booking calendar shows it as available, you can book your reservation up too an hour before you would like your adventure to begin.

No license or endorsement is required to rent an eBike from us.

Yes… Eighteen (18) years old is the minimum age to book a reservation. However, when riding as a family, competent age is determined by the Parents. If they feel that their child is not at risk to themselves or others, then the Parents take sole responsibility for what may or may not happen during the ride. 

There is no need to rent Riding Gear and Accessories… Your Riding helmet, lock with anti-theft alarm, high visibility riding vest, handlebar bag for personal items, a bottle of water, and a nutritious snack are all included with your eBike rental.

If your rental eBike breaks down, please call us at (707) 599-2008. We will come to you as quickly as possible with a replacement. Repairs will be made at no cost to you, provided the mechanical failure was not due to Rider error or negligence.

Yes… Discounts are available to Military, Police, Firefighters, First Responders, Health Care Providers, Students, Seniors (65 years of age and older), and to Corporate Groups of 10 or more. Proper identification (appropriate ID card) must be provided upon eBike rental pick-up. Please email us at info@redwoodcycles.com for a discount code. 

Yes… An orientation will be completed including a thorough damage and safety inspection, as well as instructions on features, starting and cut-off procedures, location of controls and operation. Please be sure to ask as many questions as you need to feel 100% comfortable and confident with your eBike rental, before you start your adventure.

You will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. You will also receive a full refund or credit in case of Operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by email at info@redwoodcycles.com to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. 

You are required to present a valid Photo ID, and a Debit or Credit Card upon arrival. ALL Riders are also required to sign a Participation Agreement Release and Assumption of Risk waiver.
